The down side to the place is the management was vindictive and the favoritism was out of control if the manager didn't like you there was NO way shape or form that you would be getting any advancement for instance what was the last straw for me was I worked my butt off for 6 years and when a lead position opened up she said that I was to young to ever be a lead. The only good things I can say is that the benefits where ok and the team I worked with was ok.
